TRADITIONAL AUSTRALIAN PREMIUM BEER

The Can - BREWISER AUSTRALIAN ALE
The Sugar - BREWISER BODY BREW
The Malt - BREWISER POWDERED MALT 500g
The Hops - BREWISER FINISHING HOPS -GOLDINGS
NB. If making a normal 22-litre brew final gravity will be 1014
Instructions
STANDARD METHOD-
Remove the hop bag from the foil sleeve being careful not to cut the inner sachet. Put the hop bag into a sterilized vessel (eg. coffee mug) and fill with boiling water. Let it steep/infuse) for about 10 minutes. While it's steeping, mix your brew up in the normal way. When your brew is at the stage where you would normally add the yeast, first tip the entire contents of the mug, including the hop bag, into your fermenter, give it a stir with a sterilized plastic spoon or paddle, then add the yeast.
'LITE' VERSION
Leave out the Body Brew. (Approx. 3.1%)
