MEXICAN STYLE CERVEZA

Ingredients

The Can - BREWISER WHEAT BEER

The Sugar - BREWISER BODY BREW

The Hops - BREWISER FINISHING HOPS -HALLERTAU

NB. If making a normal 22-litre brew final gravity will be 1010

Instructions

STANDARD METHOD-

Remove the hop bag from the foil sleeve being careful not to cut the inner sachet. Put the hop bag into a sterilized vessel (eg. coffee mug) and fill with boiling water. Let it steep/infuse for about 10 minutes. While it's steeping, mix your brew up in the normal way. When your brew is at the stage where you would normally add the yeast, first tip the entire contents of the mug, including the hop bag, into your fermenter, give it a stir with a sterilized plastic spoon or paddle, then add the yeast.

 

'LITE' VERSION –

Replace the Body Brew with 500g maltodextrin (Approx. 3%)
