Ingredients

The Can - BREWISER PACIFIC DRAUGHT

The Sugar - BREWISER ULTRA BREW

The Hops - BREWISER FINISHING HOPS –HALLERTAU

NB. If making a normal 22-litre brew final gravity will be 1012

QUICK BOIL METHOD-

For this method you need a large saucepan. Dissolve the Ultra Brew in about 2 litres of warm, not hot, water. Bring it to a gentle simmer giving it the occasional stir. Once you have a controlled simmer toss in the Hop bag and allow it to simmer 10-15 minutes. If the bag breaks (which it probably will) don't worry the loose hops will settle to the bottom and/or stick to the sides of your fermenter and the empty hop bag will do no harm. You can strain them out if you want to go to the trouble, but it is not necessary. Use this mixture as your hot water in the original mix.

 

'LITE' VERSION-

Use 500g of Brewiser maltodextrin instead of the Ultra Brew.

This beer will not only be low alcohol, approx. 3%, it will be super pale in colour.
